The Heavy Metal Removal Catch Basin Insert is engineered to target and remove toxic heavy metals from stormwater runoff before it reaches the environment. Built with specialized filtration pouches containing a custom blend of heavy metal removal media, this insert also captures hydrocarbons, sediments, and other organics for comprehensive stormwater protection.
An impermeable PVC skirt funnels all incoming water into the lower section, forcing it through six pounds of removal media before it flows into the drain. This design ensures optimal contact with the filtration material, delivering effective pollutant reduction for industrial, commercial, and municipal applications.
