SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Cancellation and Fees

Customers who fail to cancel their order within 12 hours will be subject to a restocking and processing fee of up to 25%, which varies depending on the vendor. Customers who cancel non-custom orders after shipment will also be responsible for any freight charges incurred by Tank-Superstore.Com Inc on their behalf.

Shipment Timing and Liability

Tank-Superstore cannot guarantee specific shipment times or dates. In any event, the company shall not be held liable for any costs, including but not limited to special, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of profits or income.

Inspection and Unloading Responsibilities

Customers must thoroughly inspect all plastic tank shipments before signing the delivery Bill of Lading (BOL). It is the customers' responsibility to unload all plastic tanks upon delivery.

Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, which cannot be altered by any employee of the parties involved. These terms apply to all plastic tank shipments unless otherwise amended by Tank-Superstore. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these terms as provided on our website.

Financed Purchases Policy

Transactions completed via financing are final and ineligible for refunds. Buyers are urged to carefully review and fully understand the financing agreement's terms and commitments before proceeding with a purchase. The seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice, to ensure alignment with regulatory, market, and operational needs.

Shipping and Freight Charges

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all shipments are F.O.B. a designated shipping point determined by Tank-Superstore.com. Tank-Superstore will determine the shipment's point, transportation method, and routing. All freight charges are the responsibility of the plastic tank purchaser. If purchasers request a different shipping method than Tank-Superstore's selection, they will be billed for any additional charges incurred before, during, or after transport. While Tank-Superstore will attempt to accommodate routing preferences, no guarantee can be made. Any added accessory fees (e.g., residential, lift-gate, re-consignment) will be charged to the customer.

Delivery Restrictions and Additional Fees

Trucks up to 65' in length may deliver plastic tanks. However, if private driveways or roads do not provide enough maneuvering space for the delivery truck, arrangements must be made in advance to deliver the tanks to the nearest public road access. Deliveries that cannot be completed due to vehicle size or access restrictions will be considered delivered and billed accordingly. If a delivery is possible with an alternative vehicle, re-delivery will be arranged, and an additional fee will be charged.

Acceptance of Delivery and Damage Claims

Signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) acknowledges the acceptance of an undamaged plastic tank. The person signing the POD upon tank delivery must note any visible damage or concerns. Minor surface scratches and scuffs, which do not affect the structural integrity or warranty of the tank, may occur during transit and are not considered damage. If there are questions about the tank's condition, customers are advised to contact Tank-Superstore while the driver is present at the delivery location and before signing the receipt. Customers are encouraged to take pictures, if possible, and promptly inform Tank-Superstore of any discovered damage for evaluation and resolution. If there are any concerns about the tank's condition, customers have the option to refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact Tank-Superstore immediately.

Transit-related Dirt and Scuffs

Plastic tanks may become dirty or scuffed during transit. Such instances do not constitute damage to the tank.

Condition of Shipped Tanks

Our plastic tanks are shipped in new and good condition from Tank-Superstore.com's manufacturers. However, once the tanks are handed over to the shipper, damage can occur. If no damage is noted on the signed BOL, it is considered that the buyer has accepted the tank as inspected and in good condition. It is crucial for buyers to thoroughly inspect the tanks for any damage and note it on the BOL or refuse the tank if damage is present.

Reporting Damaged Tanks

If a tank is received in a damaged condition, customers should immediately notify Tank-Superstore.com.
