Product Description
When a job site, field, or remote property needs water on demand for dust suppression, soil compaction, hydroseeding support, washdown, or simply filling tanks miles from the nearest hydrant, a fixed water source isn't an option. The SWT 525-Gallon Industrial Water Trailer puts a self-contained, engine-driven water system on a road-towable chassis, so your crew decides where and when water gets delivered.
A pump built for real-world water
The heart of the unit is a 2" semi-trash pump driven by a CRX 210 (208cc) engine with low-oil shutdown. "Semi-trash" matters: it moves up to 158 GPM and passes solids up to 9/16" in diameter, so it keeps working when you're drawing from a pond, a site catch basin, or non-potable fill water that would clog a standard transfer pump. A cast-iron impeller and volute, silicon-carbide mechanical seals, and a die-cast aluminum housing are built for repeated daily duty, with a 25-foot suction head lift for drawing from below grade.
Fill fast, deliver controlled
The plumbing package is designed to load quickly and discharge precisely:
- Hydrant fill with an included 25' x 2-1/2" hose for fast top-offs from a fire hydrant or bulk source
- Dual rear spray heads for road and lot dust control on the move
- Garden hose connector for hand-watering, washdown, and spot tasks
- Simplified manifold discharge with easy-to-operate flow control valves
- 20' suction hose and 50' discharge hose included
A low-profile tank that tows like it should
The 525-gallon elliptical, low-profile tank is molded from 3/8"-thick polyethylene. The low center of gravity keeps the load stable behind the truck instead of pushing it around, and a 16" manhole with a 4" vent and sump bottom makes filling, cleaning, and full drain-down straightforward.
Road-ready chassis
This is a NATM-approved trailer engineered for highway towing, not a yard cart:
- 6" C-channel frame with dual-leaf spring suspension
- Two 5,200-lb axles (7,000-lb GVW) on ST225-75R15 tires
- 13" under-clearance at the axle for rough-site access
- LED lighting, (2) safety chains with snap hooks, adjustable-height hitch
- 5,000-lb side-mount crank jack and a large rear storage basket
Configure it to your fleet
Electric or hydraulic brakes
Choose electric brakes if your tow vehicles run a brake controller and you want fingertip control, or hydraulic (surge) brakes for a self-contained setup that needs no controller — a practical choice for mixed fleets and rental use where the tow vehicle changes.
Coupler & hose reel options
The trailer ships standard with a 2-5/16" adjustable ball coupler, with a 2" ball coupler or pintle-eye hitch available to match your equipment. An optional fire hose reel kit adds a heavy-duty reel, 50' of 1" rubber fire hose, a 1" nozzle, and the mounting hardware and plumbing — useful for property protection and emergency-response staging.
