The UltraTech Spill Diaper hooks under construction equipment, tow trucks and other vehicles to catch leaking oil, fuel and antifreeze before it causes environmental damage and fines. The bungee cords and hooks come pre-installed, so it attaches in minutes, and it folds to store in the cab.
