Side dump RV holding tanks from 10 to 250 gallons that drain from the side, for layouts where the dump line exits the tank's long side. Seamless Custom Roto-Molding tanks in FDA compliant resin, shipped blank or with a DIY fitting kit.
Where the dump line leaves your tank decides which tank fits. Our side dump tanks from Custom Roto-Molding put the outlet low on the long side, so the tank can run along the frame and empty straight toward your sewer hookup.
When a tank runs lengthwise under the floor and your sewer hookup is on the side of the RV, a side outlet keeps the dump line short and direct. Sizes run up to 250 gallons for rigs that hold more between dump stations.
The outlet sits near one end of the long side, and Custom Roto-Molding builds some tanks to drain toward the front and others toward the rear. Note which way your old outlet pointed, then measure from the nearest end to the center of the outlet so your dump valve lines up.
Some of our side dump tanks stand under four inches tall, made for tight gaps between the floor and the frame. Custom Roto-Molding notes that raised fittings aren't always practical in a clearance that small, where a flush fitting suits better.
Tanks ship blank or with a DIY fitting kit holding a deck plate, threaded compression fittings in two sizes, a plug, stainless steel screws and instructions. Before you cut, measure the outside diameter of the pipe you're connecting so each fitting matches it.
Every tank is made to order and can't be returned, so leave room on the outlet side for the valve, fittings and hose, and check your space with the tank finder on this page or request a quote for help. Need a different shape? Shop end dump or L-shaped holding tanks.
