    The Peabody Steel Dolly with Casters for 75 Gallon ProChem Tank - 1500 lb Capacity (fits PC, PCP) is a mild steel caster base built for one tank size, so a full tank can be rolled where it is wanted instead of drained and carried. The heavy-duty casters are rated to carry the tank with the liquid still in it.
