1,100-Gallon DOT Nurse Trailer — Road-Legal Water Transport
The 1,100-gallon Limited Series nurse trailer is built to move water on public roads, legally. Where a farm-only Select trailer is restricted to private agricultural use, the Limited (DOT) build carries the full road-going running gear — electric brakes with emergency breakaway on both axles, DOT-compliant LED clearance, stop, turn, tail and license lighting, fenders, and a highway-rated tire-and-wheel set — so it can be titled and towed site to site without restriction.
A poly sump-bottom transport tank is locked to the frame by the Pin Mount™ system, which holds the load far more securely than band straps and keeps water stable under braking and cornering. The tank rides on a 6" x 2" rectangular steel tube frame over 2 x 7,000 lb slipper spring and couples to a 20,000-lb 2-5/16" ball hitch.
Choosing your plumbing package
- Complete Plumbing — arrives ready to pump: a 2" Banjo® centrifugal polypropylene pump (195 GPM) on a Honda® GX160 5.5 HP engine, plumbed to a sweep manifold, with a 20' discharge hose.
- Plumbing Prep — the same DOT trailer, tank, and running gear, prepped so you fit your own pump and plumbing. The lower-cost route for fleets standardized on a specific pump.
