Rectangular open top tanks from 1 to 670 gallons for dipping, soaking, parts washing, plating and chemical mixing. Choose polyethylene or polypropylene in a square footprint that fits against a wall, with NSF 61 certified and FDA compliant resin on many models.
When parts need to go straight into the liquid, a rectangular open top tank gives you the whole opening to work in. We carry them from Ronco, Chem-Tainer, Peabody and Custom Roto-Molding in a wide range of lengths, widths and depths.
Flat sides and an opening the full width of the tank let you lower parts straight in and lift them out again. Peabody sizes the wall to the tank and ships its smaller tanks with a cover.
Chem-Tainer rates polyethylene to 140°F and polypropylene to 212°F, so choose polypropylene when a bath runs hot. Ronco offers nearly every rectangular size in both resins.
Chem-Tainer molds its rectangular tanks in one seamless piece with heavy walls for mixing and holding corrosive liquids such as acids and caustics, and the translucent wall shows the level at a glance. Chem-Tainer calls for side support on tanks taller than 18 inches, and on smaller tanks that hold heavy or hot liquids.
Measure your floor space and the largest part you need to submerge, then match the resin to your chemical, its concentration and its temperature. For a size we don't list, request a quote.
