Peabody ProChem open top tanks are built for batching and mixing, and most ship with a lid that lifts off to open the whole interior. A calibrated panel molded into the sidewall reads the level in gallons and litres, so you can measure each batch as you fill.
Labs and plants send acid waste through a neutralization tank before it reaches the drain. Chem-Tainer's neutralization tanks are built to withstand the heat of neutralization and the corrosive attack of acids, alkalies and other chemical waste.
Chem-Tainer rates its polyethylene tanks to 140°F and its polypropylene tanks to 212°F, so choose polypropylene when a process liquid runs hot, and Ronco and Peabody offer polypropylene too. If you heat the bath, keep the immersion heater clear of the tank wall, as Chem-Tainer's installation guidelines require.
